WELCOME TO KURA FIT

We are a gym and athlete fitness facility offering small group classes, personal training, home workout programs, and nutrition consulting and coaching. Our programs are led by a professional, educated, certified, and experienced personal trainer and coach.

Not making time for your wellness will force you to make time for your illness.

Everyone is treated as an athlete at Kura Fit. Our goal is to ensure you will be safely trained for the sport of life, utilizing appropriate training and intensities to match your current fitness levels and abilities while considering other life factors. 


We believe in utilizing holistic, functional fitness training philosophies that carry over to life and sport, and that working out should be adaptable and fun!

What is functional fitness?

Functional fitness refers to a type of exercise regimen that focuses on enhancing your ability to perform everyday activities with ease and efficiency. It involves movements and exercises that mimic real-life motions, such as squatting, lifting, pushing, and pulling, to improve your overall strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination - the concepts that CrossFit is built upon. The benefits of functional fitness are numerous, including increased muscle tone, better joint mobility, reduced risk of injury, enhanced cardiovascular health, and improved overall quality of life. By training your body to function optimally in daily tasks, functional fitness helps you maintain independence and vitality throughout your life.
